Mr. Ravi Narayanan
Executive Vice President of Research and Innovation
Ravi Narayanan graduated with a Bachelor of Technology, Mechanical Engineering FROM Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, India and went on the obtain a Post-Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the National Institute of Training in Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Bombay, India
.
He is a product management and R&D specialist as well as an accomplished and results-oriented senior business technology leader with general management experience in multiple technology companies, building global successful contact center technologies, VoIP, mobile applications, and networking products. Working most recently with Nortel Networks as the Vice President of Enterprise Networks and Phillips Telesoft as a Product Development Manager, he brings over 25 Years’ of Entrepreneurial, Technology and General Management Leadership to the Kela Medical Team.
Mr. Daniel Sin
Chief Technology Officer
Daniel Sin, BASc. (Electrical, University of Toronto), MASc. (Aerospace, University of Toronto), MBA (Ivey). He has over twenty years of experience in Information Technology architecture, design and delivery in the software and telecommunication industry. He has held various technical and management positions including the director of system development and architecture in Sprint Canada. His recent consulting engagement with TELUS and Rogers Communications contributed to future technology deployments and directions. He has been a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario since 1991. He is in the process of being certified as a CISM (Certified Information Security Management) professional. Daniel has extensive technology and management consulting and trading experience in North America and Asia. Throughout his experiences, he has developed in-depth knowledge in business and technology management, software systems and their integration.
